AIDialogue: EFSI’s latest EU-funded project officially launched

On 28 April 2026, the partners of the AIDialogue project met online for the official kick-off meeting, marking the start of a new European initiative focused on strengthening the capacity of social partners to address the opportunities and challenges of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Algorithmic Management (AM) in the workplace.

Coordinated by OPZZ, the project brings together 11 partners from six countries, including two European-level organisations. Running from 2026 to 2027, AIDialogue will support employers’ organisations and trade unions in navigating the digital transformation of work through training, knowledge exchange and social dialogue.

As a project partner, EFSI will bring its knowledge and expertise of the Personal and Household Services (PHS) sector to the project, ensuring that the perspectives of PHS employers are reflected throughout its activities. EFSI will also support the communication and dissemination of the project’s outputs across its membership and at the European level, helping to maximise the project’s visibility and impact.

The kick-off meeting provided partners with the opportunity to introduce their organisations, present the project’s objectives and work plan, and lay the foundations for the collaboration ahead.
