Meet EFSI's members

The European Federation for Services to Individuals (EFSI) brings together stakeholders who are deeply engaged in shaping the Personal and Household Services (PHS) sector across Europe.
Our members include national associations, employers’ organisations, PHS providers, and private companies committed to ensuring access to high-quality services. On top of improving hte everyday quality of lige, our members' work enables older people and persons with disabilities to live independently and with dignity in their own homes.

EFSI’s members play a central role in driving the sector forward. They work collectively to:

• Shift public perceptions of PHS and highlight its value to society
• Raise awareness of the key challenges facing the sector
• Develop solutions to improve working and social conditions for PHS workers

More concretely, our members are actively involved in managing social benefit programmes, designing and monitoring digital tools, and developing innovative solutions to strengthen the sector at both national and European level.
