AIDialogue (2026 - 2027)
The AIDialogue project was launched in 2026 to respond to the clear impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Algorithmic Management (AM) on work across Europe. While we see this impact being stronger and more systematic, we also see that most social dialogue structures remain under-prepared to address the impacts. The European Social Partners’ Framework Agreement on Digitalisation sets an important foundation in supporting Trade Unions and Employers organisations, but the implementation remains uneven and disconnected from national contexts.
The AIDialogue project was designed to address this gap by creating a coordinated advisory mechanism, the AINetwork, supporting social partners in building social dialogue capacity on AI and AM, equipping them with expert guidance, policy tools, and shared methodologies aligned with EU priorities.
