Care4Care (2023 - 2025)
Launched in 2023, the Care4Care project was designed to investigates the working conditions of care workers, their perceptions of thier working environment and dynamics of exclusion in seven EU Member States (France, Germany, Italy, Poland, Spain, and Sweden).
With a comparative and multidisciplinary approach, Care4Care aims at develoing suitable tools to improve job quality, contrast discrimination and promote social inclusion.
As part of the project, a dedicated website was developed. All information from the project and its results can be found there.

Objectives of the Project

Give voice to care workers and their representatives in the design and delivery of policies and measures that have an impact on their lives.

Set up a web platform providing accessible information on working conditions to improve the right’s awareness of care givers.
